About The Position

Wachter is seeking a Lead NetSuite Administrator to manage their ERP ecosystem from their Lenexa, KS office. This role involves leading a team, including a NetSuite Administrator and a Business Analyst, to ensure system stability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The Lead NetSuite Administrator will act as a liaison between IT and the Finance, Accounting, and Operations departments, overseeing the daily operations of NetSuite and managing integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Dayforce. The position requires a blend of hands-on configuration, strategic leadership, and quality oversight. Requirements

  • Deep expertise in NetSuite financials, projects, and purchasing modules.
  • Proven experience managing complex integrations and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and quality assurance.
  • Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on NetSuite administration in a complex production ERP environment.
  • Current NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification is required.
  • Deep knowledge of the NetSuite security model (roles/permissions), SuiteFlow (workflows), saved searches, and custom record architecture.
  • Proven experience managing data flows and integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dayforce).
  • Proven ability to partner directly with Accounting and Finance teams to solve business challenges.
  • Experience acting as a technical lead, mentoring junior staff, or managing project prioritization for a small team.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot performance issues and communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience through a full-cycle ERP implementation or led a major NetSuite enhancement project.
  • Experience collaborating with external implementation partners or third-party vendors.
  • Strong familiarity with NetSuite Financials (General Ledger, AP/AR, and month-end close processes).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of users, roles, workflows, and custom records.
  • Manage sandbox-to-production deployment cycles.
  • Act as the lead for integrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dayforce) and partner with developers on complex data flows.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and design approval for the NetSuite Admin and Business Analyst.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.
  • Maintain high standards for data migration, reconciliation, and system documentation.
