Just Ingredients is seeking an experienced, operationally-minded NetSuite Administrator to own, optimize, and scale our ERP environment as we expand across DTC, wholesale/retail, and distribution channels. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of finance, operations, and technology. You will be the internal subject matter expert for NetSuite — responsible for system configuration, integrations, process automation, reporting, and day-to-day support — and a key partner to leadership as we build the operational infrastructure for our next phase of growth. This role requires more than technical NetSuite expertise. We are looking for someone who understands how health and wellness brands operate across multiple commerce channels, thinks in workflows and business processes, and has the experience to connect our ERP to the ecosystem of platforms we depend on — including Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, EDI (for retail), and Deposco (3PL/WMS).

Requirements

5-7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a product-based company
Proven experience supporting multi-channel commerce operations: DTC, wholesale/retail, and distribution
Direct experience with Shopify–NetSuite integration (order management, inventory sync, refunds)
Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central–NetSuite integration (FBA and/or FBM)
Hands-on EDI experience — configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of 850/856/810/846 transaction sets with retail trading partners
Experience with a 3PL or WMS platform integration (Deposco experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in NetSuite customization tools: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (JavaScript), saved searches, custom fields, and custom forms
Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain operations, and order-to-cash workflows
Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting within NetSuite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills — able to diagnose integration failures, data discrepancies, and workflow issues independently
Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with clear prioritization
Effective communicator — able to translate complex technical issues into clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders

Nice To Haves

NetSuite Administrator Certification (SuiteFoundation and/or Administrator)
Experience in the health, wellness, supplement, CPG, or food & beverage industry
Experience with Deposco WMS specifically — configuration, integration, and operations
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools connected to NetSuite data
Experience with SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or similar EDI middleware platforms
Exposure to co-manufacturing or contract manufacturing workflows in NetSuite
Experience supporting a company through a rapid retail expansion (DTC to brick-and-mortar)
Background in or strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and digital marketing operations

Responsibilities

NetSuite Administration & Configuration
Own all aspects of NetSuite configuration, customization, and ongoing administration
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams
Build and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI dashboards, and custom fields to support real-time business visibility
Design and maintain workflows, scripts (SuiteScript), and custom forms to automate operational processes
Lead NetSuite version upgrades and sandbox testing; maintain release readiness
Document all system configurations, workflows, and customizations in a centralized knowledge base
DTC & E-Commerce Operations
Manage and optimize the NetSuite–Shopify integration for DTC order flow, inventory sync, and customer data
Ensure accurate real-time inventory availability across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon channels to prevent oversells and stockouts
Support subscription and recurring order models in coordination with the DTC team
Troubleshoot order management issues including fulfillment exceptions, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Build automated reporting for DTC KPIs: conversion, AOV, fill rate, return rate, and inventory turns
Amazon & Marketplace Integration
Manage the NetSuite–Amazon Seller Central integration for order ingestion, inventory management, and settlement reconciliation
Support FBA and FBM fulfillment workflows and ensure accurate COGS and inventory accounting
Coordinate with the marketing and supply chain teams on Amazon inventory planning and reorder triggers
Wholesale, Retail & EDI
Configure and maintain EDI integrations with retail trading partners including 850 POs, 856 ASNs, 810 invoices, and 846 inventory advisories
Ensure NetSuite correctly processes inbound EDI purchase orders and generates compliant outbound documents to avoid chargebacks and penalties
Manage retailer-specific item setup, pricing lists, and vendor compliance requirements within NetSuite
Build wholesale order management workflows including pick/pack/ship, bill of lading, and packing list generation
Support accounts receivable processes for wholesale customers including invoice generation, collections tracking, and deduction management
3PL / Distribution & Deposco Integration
Own the NetSuite–Deposco (WMS/3PL) integration for real-time inventory visibility, inbound receipts, outbound fulfillment, and inventory adjustments
Ensure accurate two-way data flow between NetSuite and Deposco for all inventory transactions, lot tracking, and transfer orders
Troubleshoot integration exceptions and fulfillment discrepancies between the ERP and WMS
Collaborate with the 3PL operations team on new retailer onboarding, packing configurations, and compliance labeling requirements
Build NetSuite reporting that provides real-time visibility into inventory by location, channel, and SKU
Supply Chain & Inventory Management Support
Maintain accurate item records, BOMs, and lot/serial tracking in NetSuite for all finished goods and raw materials
Support demand planning workflows including purchase order creation, vendor lead times, and safety stock parameters
Build reorder point and safety stock logic within NetSuite or in coordination with planning tools
Support landed cost tracking and COGS accuracy across all procurement and manufacturing flows
Coordinate period-end inventory reconciliations between NetSuite, Deposco, and co-manufacturer records
Finance & Accounting Support and Administration
Support the Finance team with period-end close processes including revenue recognition, inventory valuation, and reconciliations
Build and maintain financial reports and custom GL segments to support multi-channel P&L visibility
Ensure accurate sales tax configuration and compliance across DTC and wholesale channels
Support budgeting and forecasting workflows in NetSuite in partnership with the CFO
Maintain audit trails and system controls required for financial compliance
Cross-Functional Leadership & Project Management
Act as the internal NetSuite subject matter expert and first line of support for all departments
Train and onboard new users; develop and maintain user documentation and SOPs
Lead ERP-related projects including new module implementations, integration builds, and process improvement initiatives
Partner with the Supply Chain Director, CFO, and COO to identify and prioritize system enhancements that support business growth
Manage relationships with NetSuite and third-party integration vendors/partners
