About The Position

At BRAVAS, we transform homes into extraordinary living experiences. As the nation’s #1 luxury technology integrator, we design and deliver premium solutions - lighting, shades, A/V, networking, home automation, and more, that make life effortless, beautiful, and connected. We partner with homeowners, architects, builders, and designers on some of the most spectacular homes in the country. And we’re growing. We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve our NetSuite environment at a critical moment in Bravas’s growth. You will be the go-to expert for day-to-day system health, post-migration cleanup, workflow restoration, and integrations — working cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT leadership. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. The right candidate thrives in messy environments, enjoys untangling legacy issues, and wants to help build something lasting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
  • Proven experience troubleshooting broken workflows, saved searches, and SuiteScript-based automations
  • Experience managing NetSuite post go-live — not just implementations
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-directed and organized; able to manage multiple priorities without heavy supervision
  • Grit – experience finding a problem and being obsessed with finding the solution and/or providing a positive outcome.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with D-Tools or similar project/field management platforms
  • SuiteScript 2.x development experience (read/modify existing scripts)
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification

Responsibilities

  • Audit and remediate broken workflows, scripts, and automation resulting from our 2025 NetSuite migration
  • Identify root causes of data integrity issues and implement systematic fixes
  • Collaborate with users to prioritize and resolve open migration defects
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings across the organization
  • Handle day-to-day system configuration, customization, and user support
  • Maintain system documentation, change logs, and SOPs
  • Perform regular system health checks, audits, and performance tuning
  • Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for Finance, Ops, and Leadership
  • Partner with department heads to define KPIs and deliver actionable visibility into the business
  • Own and improve the NetSuite ↔ D-Tools integration and other third-party connections
  • Evaluate, plan, and execute future integrations as the tech stack evolves

Benefits

  • Work directly with senior leaders who shape the success of BRAVAS locations.
  • Gain exposure to multiple sides of the business: operations, sales, project management, and client services.
  • Be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, innovation, and growth.
  • Be the architect of a platform the entire company depends on.
  • Define best practices and build systems from the ground up post-migration.
  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere in the U.S. with a collaborative, distributed team.
  • Competitive pay and benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, and 401(k).
