As a Lead Water Restoration Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters by responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies, performing mitigation and emergency services to prevent further damage, operating specialized equipment and technology, leading and training mitigation technicians, and working closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals. You will demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations, taking pride in delivering exceptional results and restoring peace of mind. Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check
  • Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

  • Previous restoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
