About The Position

The IMA Group is looking for a Lead Medical Assistant to help support their clinical team and play an important role in delivering high-quality patient evaluations. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership, organization, and daily team support in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant experience; completion of an MA program preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach

Nice To Haves

• CMA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare professionals during patient assessments and medical evaluations
• Prepare patients by obtaining vital signs and medical histories
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other clinical testing
• Help coordinate daily clinical operations and support the medical team
• Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation
• Manage medical supplies and equipment
• Provide a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient
