Requirements

ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent "A" level experience required
5+ years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience
Proficiency with electronic diagnostic tools, scan tools, and repair software
Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicle systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and lead a team in a high-volume shop environment
Strong communication skills and a customer-quality-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on complex repair procedures
Execute engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and drivetrain repairs with precision
Utilize diagnostic scan tools and software to identify and resolve vehicle issues
Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
Ensure all repairs meet or exceed OEM and industry quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay in compliance with shop safety protocols
