About The Position

The Master Level Automotive Mechanic performs advanced automotive maintenance and repair, inspects vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshoots issues to ensure vehicles perform appropriately and customers are cared for. The role involves skilled mechanical work and diagnosis across drivetrain, electrical, brake, and air conditioning systems. The mechanic works both independently and as part of a team, maintains a safe and organized work area, follows company policies and safety standards, and continues learning about changing automotive technology. The position offers weekly pay, guaranteed hours, and no Sunday work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional auto service and engine diagnostic experience.
• At least 2 ASE Certifications.
• Must have technician tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate and drive vehicles.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge.
• Provide customers with service of the highest quality.
• Perform skilled mechanical work and analyze and diagnose mechanical automotive issues, including drivetrain, electrical, brake, and air conditioning systems.
• Inspect, replace, and/or repair defective parts and perform preventative maintenance on automobiles.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to stay current with changing automotive technology.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and core values in interactions with customers, coworkers, managers, and suppliers.
• Work both as part of a team and independently.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
