About The Position

Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to help ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of residents across its residential properties. This hands-on position leads the maintenance team and oversees property maintenance and repairs. The role requires HVAC expertise and certification, technical maintenance skills, leadership abilities, and a customer-service focus.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required HVAC certification.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work orders.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of general maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
