About The Position

Arnold Grounds Apartment Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to help ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and satisfaction across its residential properties. This hands-on role leads the maintenance team and oversees property maintenance and repairs. The technician uses HVAC expertise and certification to address heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs while applying leadership, technical, and customer-service skills.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Required HVAC certification.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair work orders.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of general maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
