About The Position

A CorePower Yoga Studio Experience Team (SET) member supports the student experience by keeping the studio clean, hygienic, organized, and ready for the community. The role is suited to a reliable, detail-oriented person who takes pride in creating a welcoming and serene environment. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower Yoga’s values of empowering everyone, practicing gratitude, building community, growing forward, and laughing together, and to follow the company’s Time and Attendance Policy.

This is a part-time role requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. The role offers eligibility to purchase an exclusive discounted All Access Membership for SET team members, with membership pricing and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Commit to six hours per month; schedule varies based on studio need.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adhere to CPY’s attendance policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
