About The Position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Studio Experience Team (SET) member to help maintain a clean, hygienic, welcoming, and serene studio environment and support the student experience. The role involves cleaning and organizing the studio, its facilities, and yoga equipment, and communicating maintenance needs to management. SET members are expected to demonstrate CorePower’s values: Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, and Laugh Together.

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of up to six hours of studio shifts per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs. Members are eligible to purchase a discounted All Access yoga membership, with pricing and maximum hours varying by market.

Requirements

• Ability to commit to six hours per month, with schedules varying based on studio needs.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adherence to CPY’s attendance policy.

• Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect studio areas, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
• Maintain clean reception areas, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
• Clean and organize yoga props and equipment, including mats, blocks, and straps.
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Remove trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
• Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
• Notify management about maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
• Commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.
