About The Position

Marina Grande North Apartments is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to handle residential maintenance requests and support apartment readiness and property upkeep. The role responds to and completes service requests in a timely manner; resolves maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances; and prepares vacant apartments for market by completing turnover repairs and improvements. It also includes snow removal and cleaning and maintaining grounds and common areas, while providing residents with outstanding customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with rotating emergency weekends. The role may also require weekend work and after-hours calls as needed. The position requires the ability to work independently, climb ladders, and work at heights.

Requirements

Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical work.
EPA certification is required; the posting also lists HVAC and pool requirements.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
Must be able to work independently, climb ladders, and work at heights.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
