About The Position
Columbia Square Apartments is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in Rainbow City, Alabama. The role responds to residential service requests, performs maintenance and repairs, prepares vacant apartments for new occupancy, maintains grounds and common areas, and provides customer service to residents.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical work.
- HVAC (EPA) certification is required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Be reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Perform snow removal and clean and maintain grounds, including common areas.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
