About The Position
Gateway on Cullen is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to handle residential service requests and maintenance issues, prepare vacant apartments for market, and maintain the property grounds and common areas. The role requires daily work for approximately 20–30 consecutive days during the student housing Turn season, including weekends and extended hours as needed.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Possess valid identification.
- HVAC Certification (EPA) required.
- Certified Pool Operator Certification (CPO) required.
- Available to work daily for approximately 20–30 consecutive days during student housing Turn season, including weekends and extended hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Perform snow removal and clean and maintain grounds, including common areas.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
