About The Position

Gateway on Cullen is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC. The role handles residential service requests and maintenance issues, prepares vacant apartments for market readiness, maintains grounds and common areas, and provides customer service to residents. During the student housing turnover season, the selected candidate must be available to work daily for approximately 20–30 consecutive days, including weekends and extended hours as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
• Be energetic and self-motivated.
• At least 12 months of onsite experience.
• Possess valid identification.
• HVAC Certification (EPA) required.
• Certified Pool Operator Certification (CPO) required.
• Availability to work daily for approximately 20–30 consecutive days during student housing turnover season, including weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Perform snow removal and maintain, clean, and service grounds and common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
