About The Position

Marina Grande North Apartments is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to handle residential maintenance requests, troubleshoot and repair building systems and appliances, prepare vacant apartments for new residents, and maintain the property grounds and common areas. The role provides customer service to residents and requires independent work, ladder climbing, and comfort working at heights. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with rotating emergency weekends and after-hours calls as needed.

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
• EPA certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical work.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights, and work independently.
• Requirements also list HVAC and pool.

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Handle rotating emergency weekend and after-hours calls as needed.
