About The Position
Columbia Square Apartments is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC in Rainbow City, Alabama. The role handles residential maintenance service requests, repairs and improvements to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness, and upkeep of the property and its common areas. The position also provides customer service to residents.
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and general electrical work.
- HVAC (EPA) certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Be reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Perform snow removal and clean and maintain the grounds, including common areas.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
