About The Position
Westgrove Tower, a high-rise community, is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC technician. The role involves completing residential service requests, addressing maintenance issues, preparing vacant apartments for new residents, maintaining the grounds and common areas, and providing outstanding customer service. The position is needed as soon as possible.
Requirements
- At least 12 months of onsite experience.
- Possess valid identification.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and appliances.
- Be energetic and self-motivated.
- HVAC certification, including A/C certification, is required.
- Experience with evaporative air conditioning, plumbing, maintenance repair, appliance repair, and interior and exterior carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
- Resolve maintenance issues involving air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
- Perform snow removal and maintain, clean, and care for grounds and common areas.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
