About The Position

The Lead IT Field Engineer serves large, complex clients across the range of company products and services. The role performs server and storage break-and-fix work and VIP deskside support, and uses advanced tools and technical knowledge to resolve client problems and carry out high-level installation activities for storage and network devices. The engineer applies advanced knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems, along with advanced troubleshooting skills, to address significant issues escalated by team members or clients. The position also tests and certifies mainframes, servers, and other infrastructure associated with networks and peripherals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Generally, 4–6 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Eligibility for any U.S. Government authorizations required for access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
