About The Position

The Field Training Manager uses corporate training initiatives to guide the content of training conducted on a daily basis. The role plans, coordinates, and delivers training for new hires, staff members, and management trainees, both one-on-one and in small groups. The manager also customizes training documentation, prepares monthly reports on training activities and statistics, and connects with other Training Coordinators and Corporate HR and Training staff. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and in oral presentations.
Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
Initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Customize training documentation forms.
Prepare monthly reports of training activity and statistics.
Connect with other Training Coordinators and Corporate HR and Training staff.
Plan, coordinate, and execute new-hire training and education for staff members and management trainees, one-on-one and in small groups.
Perform other duties as assigned.
