About The Position

Edelman is seeking a Lead Installer to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and own the entire installation process from start to finish. This role is for a seasoned professional who is passionate about quality and wants to grow into a leadership role.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of residential installation experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• A solid understanding of residential and commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and refrigeration.
• Ability to install, braze, and evacuate line sets and wire all controls and thermostats without supervision.
• Solutions Driven problem-solver.
• Humbly Confident leader ready to mentor the next generation of technicians.
• Proactive, safe, and organized worker who maintains their vehicle and tools with pride.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Job Site: Take full ownership of complex residential and commercial installations.
• Mentor and Develop: Guide and train junior installers, helping them grow their skills and build good habits.
• Solve Problems: Find creative, efficient solutions to challenges and communicate them to the team.
• Ensure Quality: Guarantee the highest standard of work, from proper ductwork to flawless wiring.
• Deliver an Experience: Provide a high-quality, professional experience for every customer as the face of Edelman on the job site.
