Requirements
- Previous stone countertop installation experience required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee stone countertop installations at residential and commercial job sites
- Ensure installations are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Read and interpret drawings and job specifications
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Train and mentor installation team members
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
