About The Position

Everbrook Academy of Saint Charles is hiring a Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role involves creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow Teachers, supporting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, and building relationships with enrolled and prospective families. The teacher is expected to understand and follow licensing guidelines and company standards.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
