About The Position

We Care Plumbing, Heating, and Air is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to perform retrofit replacements of HVAC systems. Installers work in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. The role includes conducting safety and performance tests on each system and checking work areas for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks.

The position places a strong emphasis on customer service. Daily work includes performing technical installation tasks, collecting payments, providing homeowners with accurate and detailed information about their homes and the work performed, maintaining truck inventory levels, and communicating system status after service. Requirements

• Complete a pre-employment background check.
• Complete a pre-employment drug screen.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
