HVAC Installer - LEAD
About The Position
Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a locally owned and operated, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air, and electrical company serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The company provides residential home services through a customer-focused service system. The HVAC Installer installs HVAC equipment and systems in residences, prepares and verifies materials for each job, completes required paperwork, maintains an assigned company vehicle, and supports team members as directed by management. The role is full-time and performed in person. Starting pay is $35 per hour.
Nice To Haves
- Two years of HVAC experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC-related equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Wire line- and low-voltage connections to heating and cooling equipment.
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air-conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residences.
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.
- Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job.
- Assist other team members as directed by management.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and superiors.
- Complete all paperwork required for each job.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
