About The Position

Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air, & Electrical is a growing, locally owned and operated, full-service residential plumbing, heating, air, and electrical company serving New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. The company provides residential home services through a customer-focused service system. The HVAC Installer installs HVAC equipment and systems in residences according to manufacturer specifications. The role includes wiring equipment, installing refrigerant lines and duct systems, connecting gas lines, preparing materials for jobs, completing required paperwork, and maintaining the assigned company vehicle. The position is full-time, year-round, and performed in person. Starting pay is $35 per hour.

Requirements

Two years of HVAC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC-related equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
Wire line- and low-voltage connections to heating and cooling equipment.
Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residences.
Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment.
Receive, verify, and load the equipment and materials needed for each job.
Assist other team members as directed by management.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and superiors.
Complete all paperwork required for each job.
Maintain cleanliness of the assigned company vehicle.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
