About The Position

Aaron Services: Plumbing, Heating, Cooling is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with customers, and wants to be part of a growing HVAC department. We're looking for someone who is strong in residential HVAC installation who may also be open to running some light service/maintenance calls—or is interested in developing those skills. Aaron Services has been family-owned since 1978 and has proudly served North Metro Atlanta homeowners for decades. We're an established company with a strong reputation, experienced leadership, and an opportunity to help build something exciting as our HVAC department grows.

Requirements

Strong experience installing residential HVAC systems.
Ability to lead installations independently.
Knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and applicable codes.
Willingness to perform installation, maintenance, and service work as needed.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Dependability, professionalism, and pride in your workmanship.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

HVAC diagnostic and repair experience is a plus, but we're willing to help a strong installer develop those skills.

Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC system installations, including equipment replacements and changeouts.
Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems as your experience allows.
Perform HVAC maintenance and service calls.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain work clearly.
Work with our HVAC Manager to support the growth of the department.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Continue developing your technical skills through training and hands-on experience.
