About The Position

Grapids Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Plumbing, Heating & Air with over 25 years of business experience. We offer a supportive environment focused on growth, development, and retention, providing career and growth opportunities. We are seeking full-time members for our HVAC Installs team, with on-site and off-site training programs available for continuous development. Daily responsibilities include performing technical installation tasks, collecting payments, providing detailed information about each home and situation, and communicating with homeowners about their system's status before and after service. You will also be responsible for organizing project layouts according to current codes and customer needs, and participating in weekly technical, sales, and communication trainings. Technical training and skills will be provided after hiring.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• At least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Technical or trade school training preferred.
• NATE certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan or similar field/service management software preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
