Community Partners in Action (CPA) is seeking a Lead Human Services Worker for its Hartford Transitional Housing Program. CPA, an organization with a nearly 150-year history, is dedicated to criminal justice reform and upholding the dignity of individuals within and outside the prison system. The Hartford Transitional House (HTH) provides a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment for men, fostering positive behavioral changes, responsibility, accountability, tolerance, respect, cooperation, and concern.
