Community Partners in Action (CPA) is seeking a Human Services Worker for its Hartford Transitional Housing Program. CPA, founded nearly 150 years ago, is dedicated to criminal justice reform and supporting individuals in and out of prison through various programs including reentry and housing. The agency serves over 4,000 individuals annually in Connecticut and is committed to a BEDI (Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) culture, aiming to build an inclusive workplace and positively impact criminal justice reform by ending racial inequities and ensuring the humanity and dignity of those interacting with the system. The Hartford Transitional Housing Program provides a residence for clients referred by the Court Support Services Division as part of the Alternative in the Community Program network. Clients are required to participate in transitional housing for a portion of their program commitment and attend day programming at the Hartford Alternative in the Community.
