Community Partners in Action (CPA) is seeking a Human Services Worker for their Waterbury Transitional Housing program. This role operates on the 2nd shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. CPA, an organization with nearly 150 years of history, is dedicated to criminal justice reform and supporting individuals involved in the justice system. Their programs focus on reentry and housing, youth initiatives, the Prison Arts Program, and alternatives to incarceration. CPA serves over 4,000 individuals annually in Connecticut and is committed to a culture of Belonging, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (BEDI), aiming to end racial inequities and ensure the humanity and dignity of those interacting with the justice system. The Waterbury Transitional House (WTH) specifically provides a supervised, structured, safe, and supportive residential environment for men, fostering positive changes in behavior and decision-making through responsibility, accountability, tolerance, respect, and cooperation.
