About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking a Lead Hospital Housekeeper to join the Environmental Services team at Baptist Downtown. The role is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Baptist uses UV robotic disinfection machines to break down germs’ DNA before an area is manually cleaned. This is a full-time night shift position at Baptist Downtown, with hours from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of Environmental Services experience.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and motivate department personnel to ensure a high standard of housekeeping.
- Ensure that all tasks and schedules are completed efficiently.
