Lead Generator / Sales Associate – Costco Partnership
About The Position
A Plus Garage Doors is seeking an outgoing and energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent the company inside Costco warehouses in Reno. The primary responsibility is to engage Costco members, initiate conversations, and schedule free in-home garage door estimates for the sales team. No direct selling is required within the store; the focus is on generating interest and setting appointments. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, starting conversations, and working in a fast-paced retail setting, offering consistent hourly pay plus bonuses.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable and professional
- Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours)
- Must submit a short pre-recorded interview.
- Must undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.

Responsibilities
- Engage Costco Members by starting friendly conversations and introducing them to A Plus Garage Doors.
- Generate Leads by scheduling free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.
- Represent the Brand as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.
- Create Opportunities by helping homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.
