About The Position

Parker & Sons is seeking confident, customer-focused professionals to represent the company inside retail partner locations throughout the Phoenix Valley. The Sales Lead Generator engages homeowners, identifies potential home comfort needs, and schedules in-home consultations for the sales team. The role is a face-to-face sales opportunity, not a remote or call center position.

The position offers a starting pay of $18.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with top performers earning up to $60,000 a year. Part-time and full-time positions are available, starting at 20 hours per week. Weekends are required.
