About The Position
Yes! Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing Electric is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores. The role introduces homeowners to HVAC services, tune-ups, system replacements, and indoor air quality solutions, while supporting lead generation, brand awareness, and customer education. Lead Generators schedule in-home consultations and HVAC services. This is not a door-to-door or canvassing role. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available. The listed schedule is Sunday through Thursday, with weekends required. Pay is $23–$25 per hour plus commission, with stated average earning potential of $25–$35 per hour including commission; compensation amounts are not guaranteed. The company offers weekly pay by direct deposit, commission in addition to hourly pay, paid training, and a career path into HVAC Sales Advisor roles. Full-time employees are eligible for insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical coverage, dental and vision coverage, HSA/FSA, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and company-paid life insurance.
Requirements
- Positive, energetic personality and strong people skills.
- Comfort approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
- Availability to work weekends and some holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clean, professional appearance while representing the ARS brand.
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings.
- Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
Nice To Haves
- Retail, kiosk, door-to-door, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Represent ARS as a retail brand ambassador with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements to retail shoppers.
- Generate leads and set appointments for in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians and comfort advisors.
- Introduce shoppers to Yes! Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing Electric services and support customer education and brand awareness.
