About The Position

The Lead Full Stack Engineer performs software engineering activities across all layers of the stack, from database setup and back-end programming to front-end presentation. The role addresses problems of diverse scope and complexity, from moderate to substantial. This position provides technical leadership and drives the design, development, integration, and implementation of scalable Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The engineer partners with engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performing applications while mentoring engineers and influencing technical strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Authentication, Authorization, SSO, Federation, and Directory Services.
5+ years of hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform, including IAM, IDM, and Directory Services.
5+ years of technical leadership experience leading engineering teams and complex technology initiatives.
Experience with Java, Python, REST APIs, LDAP, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, microservices, and cloud platforms.

Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities
