Full Stack Lead
About The Position
This role is based in Westlake, Texas, and requires onsite, in-person participation. The Full Stack Lead is fully competent in their area and has a deep understanding of related programming concepts, software design, and software development principles. The role works autonomously with minimal supervision and contributes as a key member in complex environments, leading team activities in software design and development. The position proactively identifies internal and external client needs, provides advice, assesses project issues, develops innovative solutions, and drives the team toward technical and commercial goals. It also involves awareness of profitability and may include managing costs for a specific project or work area. The role explains complex concepts to varied audiences, motivates team members, and builds informal networks with key contacts outside the immediate area.
Responsibilities
- Lead team activities for software design and software development.
