About The Position

Baltimore Country Club is hiring a Lead Food Runner to provide memorable experiences for Members and Guests at its Five Farms and Roland Park locations. The Lead Food Runner coordinates between the Culinary and Food Runner teams to keep service running smoothly. The role involves ensuring dishes are prepared and plated correctly and orders reach tables on time, while maintaining communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Year-round, flexible availability.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and place overhead storage items weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Minimum hiring age of 16 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Food Runner, Server, or Expeditor experience; country club experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food.
• Knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits.
