About The Position

Baltimore Country Club is hiring a Lead Food Runner to support memorable experiences for Members and Guests at its Five Farms and Roland Park locations. The Lead Food Runner coordinates between Culinary and Food Runner teams to keep service running smoothly, ensure dishes are prepared and plated correctly, and help orders reach tables on time. The role requires communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and attitude, with a willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Year-round flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, and place items in overhead storage weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Minimum hiring age of 16 years.

Nice To Haves

• Food Runner, Server, or Expeditor experience.
