About The Position

French Florist in Westlake Village is seeking a creative, experienced, and passionate Lead Floral Designer to join and grow with its team. The Lead Designer will work with flowers from around the world to create floral arrangements for customers and help build and inspire a strong, supportive team. The role combines floral design, customer service, and team leadership in a growing flower studio known for quality and creativity.

Requirements

• Prior experience in floral design, with a strong understanding of styles, mechanics, and trends.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Passion for flowers, design, and creating memorable customer experiences.

• Previous team leadership or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions.
• Provide customer service and guide customers in their floral selections.
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, and training of designers, drivers, and future team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Manage floral inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and fresh.
• Foster a positive team culture and ensure a high level of service and creativity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
