About The Position

The Lead EUC Engineer specializes in Microsoft Collaboration tools and provides collaboration system administration and engineering. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of proven experience in Collaboration system administration and engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, product management, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within timeline and budget constraints.
• Ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and master diverse technologies.

Nice To Haves

• ITIL, Agile, or PMP certification(s).
• Experience operating in an Infrastructure as Product (IaP) environment.
• Experience in strategy, customer service, and internal consulting.
• Proven success contributing to a collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
