About The Position

The candidate will serve as a Lead EUC Engineer, bringing 8+ years of experience in collaboration system administration and engineering. The candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, while possessing strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills to manage tasks within timeline and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years proven experience in Collaboration system administration and engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent product management skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong ability to engage with a global team and provide coaching and oversight.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within the constraints of timeline and budget.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques.
• Well versed in Microsoft Collaboration tools including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
