About The Position

As a Senior Systems Engineer in the End User Computing division, you will own global digital workplace infrastructure and ensure seamless, secure workforce experiences. You will design, implement, and automate advanced endpoint management solutions across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments; architect device lifecycle processes; integrate AI tools; and resolve complex endpoint challenges. The role focuses on zero-touch provisioning and maintaining stringent security postures to support efficient operations.

You will join the Digital Workplace Experience and Apps team, a specialized engineering group focused on how employees interact with technology. The team emphasizes technical mentorship, autonomy, collaborative problem-solving, proactive automation, continuous learning, and end-to-end ownership of solutions. You will report to Huy Nguyen, Manager of EUC Engineering. The role requires 0% travel and is focused on engineering, automating, and maintaining endpoint computing platforms. It operates in a hybrid capacity; in specified locations where the workplace policy applies, employees are expected to work onsite at least three days per week. Workplace type may vary by location and team requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of dedicated experience in End User Computing or Systems Engineering.
• Proven expertise administering and architecting solutions within Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and API integrations for process automation, such as PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Demonstrated experience managing OS security features such as FileVault and BitLocker.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex Tier 3 architectural issues across macOS and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and architect advanced endpoint management platforms, primarily Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
• Automate processes using API integrations and scripting to enable zero-touch provisioning and automated patching.
• Enforce and manage security compliance standards, including deployment and oversight of FileVault and BitLocker.
• Administer and integrate workflows within ServiceNow to streamline end-user experiences.
• Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex, systemic endpoint challenges.
• Design, implement, and automate endpoint management solutions across macOS, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Architect device lifecycle processes and integrate AI tools.
• Maintain endpoint computing platforms and support zero-touch provisioning and security postures.
