About The Position

Leads advanced full-stack engineering methods, frameworks, and standards to deliver complex end-to-end solutions across multiple initiatives, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance, and alignment to domain priorities. Analyzes application requirements, front-end and back-end capabilities, internal and external drivers, constraints, and tradeoffs to shape solution approaches and support decisions with significant implications for delivery, risk, and performance. Communicates architectural options, API design decisions, database considerations, sequencing decisions, operating constraints, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, including vendors or partners when needed. Guides key full-stack engineering areas or capability components by organizing work with limited oversight, driving consistent execution, and supporting aligned delivery across connected teams and programs. Improves engineering processes, development practices, and technical standards through automation, reusable patterns, CI/CD pipelines, API standards, and operating methods that increase delivery effectiveness and reduce rework. Mentors full-stack engineers across levels, provides technical guidance to emerging leaders, and strengthens consistency through code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Monitors application outcomes, delivery risks, performance signals, and integration health to identify issues early, inform corrective actions, and sustain progress across multiple complex initiatives.
