About The Position

As a Deployment Engineer, you lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, combining platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows. You direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, and operational solutions, then apply your judgment to validate and adapt their outputs to customer requirements. The role focuses on understanding customer business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering measurable impact rather than manually building every component. You lead discovery and value-creation workshops, collaborate with customer stakeholders on scope and success criteria, configure Celonis solutions, identify process inefficiencies, and define KPIs and business impact. You also support rollout and adoption by training users, documenting solutions, and managing project outcomes. The role requires developing deep expertise in relevant process domains or industries and contributing reusable solution patterns and best practices. Work involves AI agents as primary tools, ongoing experimentation and learning, and ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, scalable, and user-friendly. Travel to customer locations may be required up to 50%.
