About The Position

The Lead Concierge at The Arrabelle is responsible for guest satisfaction, from pre-arrival contact through the coordination of reservations, guest logistics, and special deliveries. The role involves staying informed about local points of interest and providing guests with accurate information and attentive service. The position is year-round and full-time, with a stated pay range of $22.96 to $30.61 per hour. No formal experience is necessary; training is provided. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and communicate fluently in English.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of high-end guest service experience at a property of similar size and quality, or a college degree emphasizing hospitality.

Responsibilities

Enter complete and timely guest notes in the reservation and concierge system.
Review arrivals to ensure instructions and billing requests have been properly addressed.
Respond accurately to guest inquiries about outlet hours, directions, car rentals, airline shuttle service, and related information.
Promote in-house events and adventure programming.
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests.
Communicate guest requests to other departments as needed.
Coordinate guests’ parcels, mail, and special deliveries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
