LEAD CLINICAL APPLICATIONS ANALYST - VHS (FULL-TIME)
About The Position
The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center , Henderson Hospital, Valley Health Specialty Hospital, and West Henderson Hospital. This position coordinates the installation, evaluation, analysis and maintenance of clinical information systems. The Lead Clinical Applications Analyst will supervise the daily activities of the clinical systems staff, to include training, coaching, organizing, planning, and staffing operations. Provides input to the IS team as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Management, Nursing or equivalent
- Seven to ten years of progressive experience in clinical or financial applications customer support and development, with some project management and team lead experience.
- Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
