About The Position

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own reporting infrastructure that supports decision-making across its Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. The role is embedded with the business and partners closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams. It includes auditing and standardizing reporting, developing trusted data sources, and producing retrospective analyses of experiments, creatives, offers, seasonality, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) performance. The developer is expected to connect analysis to business decisions, help teams understand and use reporting, and grow into a proactive analytical partner who recommends actions rather than simply reporting findings. The role owns work end-to-end, from raw data ingestion through final dashboards. The successful candidate builds and maintains complex BI models, investigates discrepancies in raw and third-party data, and develops reporting that is adopted and supports confident self-service analytics. Over time, the role is expected to establish reporting standards, understand the full-funnel metrics and business levers for assigned verticals, and provide consistent, business-contextual retrospective analysis. Launch Potato is a profitable, bootstrapped discovery and conversion company with a South Florida headquarters and a remote-first team across 18 countries. Its brands include FinanceBuzz, All About Cookies, and OnlyInYourState. The company emphasizes ownership of outcomes, direct and respectful feedback, curiosity, collaboration, and measuring work by impact.
