About The Position

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a Lead Bath Installer to oversee installations of premium acrylic baths and showers. The role includes leading installation work, supervising and training apprentices and junior installers, communicating with customers, and ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Training is conducted at the company's New Castle, Delaware office; transportation, hotel fees, and food per diem are covered for training.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 75 pounds as required.
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the installation of acrylic baths and showers.
• Supervise and train apprentices and junior installers on best practices.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure installations meet company standards and building codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Conduct post-installation checks and ensure customer satisfaction.
