About The Position

The Bath Installer installs home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures, applying finish work as needed for each construction application. At the end of an installation, the installer communicates with management to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and completes a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• A valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.

• Experience with bath remodels or acrylic installs.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
